690t/h循环流化床锅炉设计特点与运行特性分析

【摘要】 介绍了国内首台不带外置换热器的690 t/h超高压再热循环流化床锅炉的设计特点,并比较了国内外同容量等级循环流化床锅炉的技术特性,分析了不同负荷下的运行调节特性、性能鉴定试验结果和运行过程中暴露出的主要问题及其解决方案.运行与试验结果表明:锅炉主要运行参数与设计参数吻合,主要性能指标均优于或达到性能设计值;将部分过热屏改为水冷蒸发屏,并采用新型风帽结构和减少风帽数量,可有效解决过热蒸汽减温水量偏大与风帽漏渣问题,为更大容量等级循环流化床锅炉的优化设计与运行提供了参考.

【Abstract】 Design features of the first domestic 690 t/h super-pressure reheating circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler without external heat exchanger are being presented,while technical features of CFB boiler with same capacity levels at home and abroad compared.Moreover,the operation regulating characteristics,the performance evaluation test results under the different loads,and the main problems occurring during operation as well as corresponding solutions are analyzed.Operational and experimental results show that the main operating parameters of the boilers are in agreement with the design parameters,and the main performance indexes exceed or reach the guaranteed value.The problem of excessive desuperheater spray and slag-leakage from funnel cap may be effectively solved by changing the superheated panel into water-cooled evaporating panel,and simultaneously by applying new type structure and reducing the number of the funnel caps.This may serve as a reference for optimized design and operation of large-scale CFB boilers.
