管式煤粉浓缩器的设计与研究
Design and Study on Tubular Concentrator for Pulverized Coal
【摘要】 设计了一种新型煤粉浓缩装置,采用正交分析方案,利用Fluent软件对16种工况下浓缩器内的煤粉气流进行了数值模拟.结果表明:角高H对阻力系数和中轴线最高浓缩比影响最为显著,其次是环边距L,综合考虑后确定该浓缩器最佳结构参数为:角高H=50 mm,环边距L=50mm,覆盖率h=0,浓缩间距X=120 mm,浓缩角α=30°.在最佳结构参数下,对管式煤粉浓缩器进行了数值模拟验证,结果表明:管式煤粉浓缩器的中轴线最高浓缩比达到6.96,而阻力系数仅为2.492,在阻力增加不多的情况下基本实现了高度浓缩.
【Abstract】 A new kind of concentrator for pulverized coal was designed.Adopting orthogonal analysis,numerical simulation was carried out for the pulverized coal stream inside the concentrator under 16 different working conditions by use of software Fluent.Results indicate that the height H has the most notable influence on resistance coefficient and maximum concentration ratio on central axis.The next is L,the edge distance of the ring.Taking comprehensive consideration,the optimum structural parameters of the concentrator are determined as: H=50 mm,L=50 mm,h=0,X=120 mm,α=30°.Using the optimum structural parameters,numerical simulation and validation were carried out for the tubular concentrator for pulverized coal.Results show that the maximum concentration ratio on central axis of the tubular concentrator for pulverized coal is 6.96,while the resistance coefficient is only 2.492.High concentration can be realized with modest increase of resistance.
