水利水电施工现场安全评价方法的研究
Study on Safety Comprehensive Assessment of Hydro-Power Construction Sites
【摘要】 由于水利水电施工现场其自身的特性,安全管理一直是水电项目管理的一项重要内容。首先,分析总结了水利水电施工现场的主要特点,建立了一套完整的,适用面广的水利水电施工现场安全评价指标体系。随后,通过层次分析法确定指标及准则层的权重,模糊综合评价法进行安全评价。最后,通过一个应用实例,应用该模型进行安全评价,证明该方法的评价结果是可信的。
【Abstract】 Due to the hazardous of nature of the hydraulic and hydroelectric construction,safety management has always been the major theme of the management of a hydroelectric project.With the analysis about the fact of hydro-Power construction sites,this study establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system which covers almost all kinds of hydropower construction sites and has certain applicability and practicability.The weights of indexes are determined by the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and the evaluation results can be got by using Fuzzy evaluation method.Finally,some cases are analyzed to verify efficiency of the method.
