基于RFID与二维码技术的畜产品可追溯系统设计

【摘要】 近年来,国内外各种重大畜禽产品安全事件频繁发生,而运用监控、预警等技术在食品生产、流通等关键环节上进行的质量监控是有效保障食品质量安全的重要手段。文章介绍了射频识别技术与二维码技术,提出了一种基于RFID射频技术与二维码技术的畜产品可追溯系统的解决方案,并给出了具体的系统设计方案。该系统不仅为消费者提供详细的畜产品来源信息,而且为实现肉品预警和追溯提供了可能。

【Abstract】 In recent years food animal safty frequently occurred at home and abroad , and the quality monitoring on key links of food production with the techniques of surveillance, early warning etc are validated key tools in guaranteeing the securities of food quality.This paper recommends the technology of RFID and Two-Dimensional bar code, a design of traceability system for the food animal based on RFID and Two-Dimensional bar code technology are put forward ,a concrete design scheme is put forward. The system based on RFID not only provides the details about the food animal for the consumers ,but also make it possible to early warn and trace back to the food animal.
