【摘要】 目的观察肺隐球菌病的超微结构特征。方法对17例肺隐球菌病患者的病变组织进行光镜和透射电镜观察。结果光镜下,见非干酪性肉芽肿形成,多核巨细胞和巨噬细胞胞质内及间质中可见薄壁圆形或卵圆形空泡状小体,黏液卡红和PAS染色呈阳性。透射电镜下,隐球菌无菌丝,单细胞芽生,孢子无子囊,有荚膜形成,荚膜与细胞壁之间有明显透明带,结构较简单,细胞器不发达。结论肺隐球菌病是由新型隐球菌感染引起的一种非常少见的肺部真菌病,其临床及影像学表现缺乏特异性,超微结构形态学特征可反映其独有的生物学特点,具有协助临床诊断的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the ultrastructural characteristics of pulmonary cryptococcosis(PC).Methods Tissues obtained from 17 patients with PC were observed by light microscope and electron microscope.Results Microscopically,the cryptococcosis granuloma formation was observed.Vacuolar cryptococcus spore could be seen in plasma of multinuclear giant cell,macrophage and mesenchyma,which stained in red color with PAS and mucicarmine.Electron microscopy revealed that most of cryptococcus neoformans(CN) had a simple structure with a few organelles.The capsule was seen in all organisms.Gemmation of CN could be observed.Conclusion PC is an infrequent fungal disease in lung.The clinical manifestation and imaging of PC are nonspecific.It can be differentiated from other diseases based on histopathological features and ultrastrual observation.更多还原
