【Abstract】 A review of the interest rate changes,the fluctuation of real estate cycle and the housing price changes in recent years can provide a basis for analyzing and predicting the future of China’s real estate market.The study shows that real estate in China will remain the sustained development.Therefore,the government should continue to adopt powerful macro-economic control measures and further raise rates of interest.更多还原
