一种用于中高压静止无功补偿的晶闸管光纤触发改进电路及其设计
Design of optical fiber trigger system for thyristor in medium-high voltage static reactive power compensation
【摘要】 为更好地解决晶闸管阀触发系统的高电压隔离问题,设计了一种可用于中高压静止无功补偿设备的晶闸管高位耦合取能与光纤触发系统。给出了光纤触发系统的结构,在实用的晶闸管过零检测电路基础上,对高位耦合取能电路进行了分析与设计,运用OrCAD/PSpice软件,针对RC回路参数对充电电路的影响进行了仿真,并根据取能电路的特点设计了晶闸管脉冲放大电路。光纤收发器采用HFBR-x4xx系列,利用光纤实现了高低压的电气隔离,有效提高了触发系统的抗干扰能力。仿真和实验结果表明了取能电路的可靠性和稳定性、脉冲放大电路的简单实用和低成本等特点以及光纤触发系统的抗干扰能力强、分散性小等优点,特别适用于中高压无功补偿用晶闸管的触发。
【Abstract】 To better realize the high-voltage isolation,a self-powered optical fiber trigger system of thyristor valves is designed for the static reactive power compensation of medium-high voltage system.Its structure is presented and its charging circuit is analyzed based on the practical zero-detection circuit.The influence of RC parameters on the charging circuit is simulated with OrCAD/ PSpice and the pulse amplifying circuit is designed according to it.The optical fiber transceiver of HFBR-x4xx series is applied to realize the electric isolation between high and low voltages and to effectively improve the anti-interference performance of trigger system.The reliability and stability of charging circuit,the simplicity and low-cost of pulse amplifying circuit and the better anti-interference performance and less dispersion of optical fiber trigger system are proved by the simulative and experimental results.
