【摘要】 [目的]探讨用德灵(Dade Behring)公司Dimension-X-Pand临床生化分析仪和罗氏Cardiac reader测肌红蛋白(MYO)含量的可比性。[方法]用罗氏Cardiac reader和Dimension-X-Pand分别测定急性心肌梗死(AMI)组和健康体检组的MYO含量,分析相关性。[结果]两种仪器在MYO<700 ng/mL时相关性良好,r≥0.95,P>0.05,当MYO>700 ng/mL时,罗氏Cardiac reader超出检测线,而Dimension-X-Pand能测出具体数值。[结论]用德灵(Dade Behring)公司Dimension-X-Pand临床生化分析仪和罗氏Cardiac reader测肌红蛋白有良好可比性,可以交替使用。但罗氏Cardiac reader测定范围有一定局限性。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the comparability between Dimension-X-Pand clinical chemistry system(Dade Behring) and Cardiac Reader(Roche) in determination of Myoglobin(MYO).[Methods]The contents of MYO were determined by both Dimension-X-Pand and Cardiac Reader in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) and healthy subjects,and then the relativity was analyzed.[Results]When MYO<700 ng/mL,the two instruments had good relativity (r≥0.95,P>0.05).When MYO>700 ng/mL,the value was out of the measurement range of Cardiac Reader,but Dimension-X-Pand still could show results.[Conclusion]Dimension-X-Pand clinical chemistry system and Cardiac Reader have good comparability in determination of MYO and can be replaced by each other.But Cardiac Reader has some limitation in the measurement range.更多还原
