基于多区域的AGC多目标协调控制方法
A Multi-area Based AGC Multi-objective Coordinated Control Method
【摘要】 将单一自动发电控制(AGC)的控制区划分为多个控制区域,并提出一种基于多区域的AGC多目标协调控制方法。主控制区负责控制全网的区域控制偏差(ACE),各分控制区负责控制其对外联络线构成的稳定断面,并在紧急情况下协助主控制区控制全网的ACE。该方法可方便地实现全网多目标的协调控制,有利于保证电网的安全和优质运行。在河南电网的实际应用表明了该方法的可行性和有效性。
【Abstract】 By dividing the global area into several control areas,a multi-area based automatic generation control(AGC) multi-objective coordinated control method is presented.The main control area objective is to control the area control error ACE of the global area,while the sub-areas are responsible for maintaining the power flow of tie-lines among areas at scheduled interchange and cooperating with the main area in emergency.The method proposed can realize multi-objective coordinated control conveniently and is beneficial for the safe and high quality operation of the power grid.Actual application in the power grid of Henan Province demonstrates the practicability and validity of the method.
