考虑机组分区排序的河北南网节能调度安全稳定分析

【摘要】 实施节能发电调度将对电网安全稳定运行产生影响。文中讨论了河北南部电网的机组排序原则和采用节能发电调度模式后的全网潮流变化情况,分析比较了节能发电调度模式下和传统调度模式下的河北南部电网安全稳定问题,进而提出一种节能发电调度模式下的机组分区域排序方法。该方法把网内机组分区域按照节能调度规定的发电序位表进行排序,并按照网内各区域负荷所占全网负荷的比例来决定该区域内的机组出力。计算结果表明,分区排序法能够有效改善河北南部电网的暂态稳定性能,减少输电网损。

【Abstract】 Implementation of energy-saving generation dispatching will have an impact on the power grid security and stability. The sorting principle and the change of power flow after the implementation of energy-saving generation dispatching are discussed, and the security and stability of southern power grid of Hebei Province under the energy-saving scheduling model and the traditional scheduling model are compared, then a sorting method considering unit zonal classification which is applied for the energy-saving generation dispatching is proposed. In this method, units are sorted within individual zones in accordance with the generation priority table of energy-saving generation dispatching. According to the zonal load ratio of the entire grid, the zonal unit output is determined. The computation results show that the proposed sorting method can effectively improve the transient stability and reduce the power loss over the grid in southern Hebei Province.
