基于IEC 61850标准的广域一体化保护方案

【摘要】 针对目前面向单个电力设备元件的保护配置导致二次回路复杂、可靠性低、保护之间信息共享困难等问题,提出了数字化变电站中广域一体化保护的配置及实现方案。新方案对站内设备的主、后备保护功能分别进行集成,同时利用包括本站信息在内的区域电网多点信息实现广域后备保护。分析表明新的保护方案在优化保护功能的同时简化了数字化变电站中的网络配置。

【Abstract】 In order to solve problems faced in protection scheme of single component of power equipment such as:complicated secondary circuit,low reliability,difficulty in information sharing with conventional protection,a new wide-area integrated protection system scheme in digital substation is proposed.Both main and backup protection functions for substation components are respectively integrated into a completed digital system in the new scheme.In the meantime,the wide-area backup protection is implemented using information of multi-point of area power grid including local substation in the new scheme.The analysis proves that simplification of network configuration of digital substation and improvement of overall protection system performance can also be obtained in the new scheme.
