【摘要】 介绍了在Pro/E环境下,实现渐开线螺旋齿轮精确造型的方法和步骤,从原理出发,利用方程建立渐开线及螺旋线,从而保证了渐开线齿轮齿形的准确性.通过建立齿轮中各变量与齿轮基本参数的关系,实现了不同模数、齿数、螺旋角的齿轮以及变位齿轮快速造型.参数化设计方法有利于产品的系列化结构设计及修改原始设计方案.更多还原

【Abstract】 The methodologies and steps of exact modeling for the involute helical gear in Pro/Engineer are introduced.Based on principles,the involute and helix are established by equations to ensure the veracity of the involute dentiform.The fast modeling is conducted for various modulus and teeth number shift the gear by setting up relations between variable and basic parameters.The method is very convenient for a series of manufacture designs and modifications.更多还原
