【摘要】 目的:改进小鼠尾静脉注射与断头取血实验技术。方法:采用自制固定器固定ICR小鼠,热水浴扩张尾静脉后注射给药,随后断头取血收集血样。结果:每只注射完成时间约2min,1min完成断头取血,可收集到血样0.7～1.1mL。结论:通过上述实验技巧可明显提高小鼠尾静脉注射成功率和效率,快速收集到较多的血样。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Techonlogical improvements of caudal vein injection and getting blood from decapitation in mouse.Method: ICR mouse was fixed by a fixator made by ourselves and the caudal vein was expanded by warm water bath,and then the drug was administrated by caudal vein injection,blood was collected from decapitation.Result:The mean time of completed caudal vein injection and getting blood from decapitation was 2 min and 1 min respectively,0.7-1.1mL blood could be collected.Conclusion: Achievement ratio and efficiency of caudal vein injection in mouse could be improved obviously through this experimental skill,and more blood sample could be collected.更多还原
