饲料中添加植酸酶对大口黑鲈生长和消化酶活性的影响

【摘要】 用添加不同水平植酸酶(0、500、1 000、1 500 U/kg)的饲料喂养初始体重为23 g左右的大口黑鲈Micropterus salmoides56 d,研究植酸酶对大口黑鲈生长和消化酶活性的影响。结果显示:饲料中添加1 000U/kg植酸酶能显著促进大口黑鲈的生长,降低饲料系数(P<0.05)。1 000、1 500 U/kg组大口黑鲈胃蛋白酶活性较对照组分别提高了28.14%和20.09%,差异显著(P<0.05);各处理组鱼幽门盲囊中蛋白酶活力与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05),而肠道中蛋白酶活性差异不显著(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,各处理组鱼肝胰脏和肠淀粉酶活性有所提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05);1 000、1 500 U/kg组大口黑鲈的胃淀粉酶活性有所降低,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。

【Abstract】 A 56 day feeding trail was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary phytase levels(0,500,1 000,and 1 500 U/kg) on growth and digestive enzyme activities in largemouth bass Micropterus salmoides with initial body weight about 23 g.The results showed that the fish fed the diets containing 1 000 U/kg phytase had significantly better growth and lower feed conversion ratio(P<0.05).The hepatopancreas index was found to decrease with increase in dietary phytase levels,with the minimum in the fish fed the diet containing 1 500 U/kg phytase,significantly different from the control.There were 28.14% and 20.09% higher protease activities in the stomach of the fish fed the diets containing 1 000 U/kg and 1 500 U/kg phytase than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pylorus protease activities were found higher in the experimental groups than that in the control group(P<0.05) without significant differences in gut protease activities.The amylase activities in the liver and gut showed increase with the phytase addition,but not significantly different level(P>0.05).The fish fed the diets containing 1 000 U/kg and 1 500 U/kg phytase had lower amylase activities in the stomach without significant difference(P>0.05).
