伦敦圣三一学院CertTESOL项目教学模式对双语教学的启示

【摘要】 伦敦圣三一学院CertTESOL项目是被世界广泛认可的,是以英语作为外语教学的教师证书培训项目,通过外国语日志、语言感悟测试、教学实践、教学材料汇编、学生档案等课程的设置和独特的教学方式对学员进行培训,具有规范、高效、实用的特点。在双语教学中,借鉴CertTESOL项目的教学模式,培养教师有效设计和实施教学的实践能力,强调以学生为主体、教师为主导的教学原则,精确制定引导和规范教师教学行为的标准和评价指标,应用各种有效激励学生学习热情的教学方式,迅速提高教师双语教学水平和教学管理能力等。

【Abstract】 The CertTESOL Project of Trinity College of London is recognized worldwide as a project in the Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages.By carrying out its syllabus with special teaching methodology,trainees are trained in courses of Foreign Language Journal,Language Awareness Tests,Teaching Practice,Teaching Materials Compilation and Student Profile.The project of CertTESOL is distinguished with its standardized,effective and practical features which provide us with valuable reference in effective billingual teaching.In our bilingual teaching,teachers should be trained to achieve the abilities of the effective teaching design and implementation of teaching practice,and student-centered teaching principles with teachers’ instruction should be emphasized.We should accurately set up teaching guidelines and standards to evaluate teachers’ teaching activities.Application of flexible and diversified teaching methods are strongly suggested in order to effectively motivate students so that we may raise our teaching abilities and teaching management capabilities quickly and reach our bilingual teaching objectives.
