【Abstract】 From the characteristics of the restricted property houses,this paper tries to study the advantages and disadvantages in legalizing the restricted property houses.Difficulties in the legalization of the restricted property houses are probed into and approaches to the problems are presented.It is stated that solution to the restricted property houses is a gradual process,so priority should be given to the perfection of rural collective land ownership system,the further supervision of the restricted property houses,the improvement of housing insurance system and the balance between supply and demand of the society.更多还原
