直接转矩控制系统零电压矢量的调节作用

【摘要】 为充分发挥零电压矢量在抑制转矩脉动方面的调节作用,基于永磁同步电机直接转矩控制系统,在不同控制参数条件下,系统分析零电压矢量对电磁转矩的调节作用,并进行定量计算,绘制函数关系曲线.测试试验阐述了影响零电压矢量作用效果的内在因素和本质原因,提出零电压矢量在减小电磁转矩脉动方面发挥"独特"调节作用的控制思路并给出实践验证结果.

【Abstract】 To fully develop the regulating effect of zero voltage vectors in inhibiting torque ripple,the regulating effect of zero voltage vectors on electromagnetic torque was analyzed systematically in various control parameters based on the direct torque control system of a permanent magnet synchronous motor,and the calculation results and function curves were provided.Test results show the intrinsic factors and reasons which affect the operating results of zero voltage vectors.The control idea and experimental test results of reducing the torque ripple through the unique regulating effect of zero voltage vectors were proposed.
