【Abstract】 With the growth of low carbon economy,the issues of energy,renewable energy and environmental protection become the world’s main concern.The paper advocates the importance and far-fetching effect of promoting renewable energy in the context of low-carbon economy,which also exerts a tremendous impact on publishing industry.In this paper the initiative belief about the new development of publishing in accordance with low carbon economy,and as well as the requirement for the construction of library books collection in line with the arrangement and tendency of majors in NCEPU,are put forward.更多还原
