【摘要】 目的:探讨聊城市农村青年和中年妇女宫颈HPV感染情况及其与宫颈病变的关系。方法:对我院就诊的农村中青年妇女行宫颈高危型HPV16/18亚型检测和宫颈口病理检查。结果:筛选出488例患者,188例青年妇女患者,宫颈癌25例,其中,HPV(+)21例,占84%,非宫颈癌病变163例,HPV(+)150例,占92%,300例中年妇女患者,宫颈癌45例,HPV(+)15例,占333%,非宫颈癌255例,HPV(+)105例,占41.2%;所有宫颈病变患者中,青年组HPV阳性率明显高于中年组(aP<0.05),宫颈癌病变中,青年组HPV阳性率同样明显高于中年组(bP<0.05)。结论:农村青年妇女HPV感染率较中年妇女高,对宫颈癌发病影响较大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the relationship between the HPV infection condition on countryside youth and middle-aged women of Liaocheng and cervix affection.Methods:To detect the cervix HPV subtype(HPV16/18) on countryside youth and middle-aged women visiting our hospital and cervix pathology detetion.Results:488 cases sieved,25 cases cancer of cervix of 188 youth patients,21 cases HPV positive occupy 84%.163 cases non-cancer of cervix,105case HPV positive occupy 92%.300 cases middle-aged women,45cases cancer of cervix,15cases HPV positive occupy 33.3%,255 cases non-cancer of cervix 105 cases HPV positive occupy 41.2%.In cervix affection cases,he positive rate of HPV infection in youth women group(YG) was significant higer than that in middle-aged women group(MG) (aP<0.05). In cancer of cervix group,the positive rate of HPV infection in YG was higer than that in MG(bP<0.05).Conclusion:The infection rate in countryside youth women was higer than that in middle women.The HPV infection affect the disease incidence.更多还原
