【摘要】 目的:观察双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗小儿手足口病(HFMD)的临床疗效。方法:将280例小儿HFMD患儿随机分为两组,对照组135例给予利巴韦林注射液治疗,治疗组145例在对照组基础上加用双歧杆菌三联活菌散;两组疗程均为7d,常规予退热、补液及对症治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率94.5%,对照组74.8%,两组比较差异显著;各项临床症状、体征缓解时间短于对照组;均P<0.05。结论:双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗小儿HFMD有明显临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Birid Triple Viable for hand-foot-and-mouth disease(HFMD). Methods:280 patients with HFMD were enrolled in the study and all the patients were divided into two groups: The treatment group(n=145) was treated by Birid Triple Viable and ribovirin injection,the control group(n=135) only by ribovirin injection,7 days constituded the course of treatment. All the patients were given pyretolysis, fluid replacement and symptomatic treatment routineIy.Results:The effective rate of treatment group was 94.5%, significantly higher than that of control group(74.8%), Symptoms and signs remission time of treatment group was significantly shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).
