【摘要】 目的:通过平板运动试验与冠状动脉造影结果的对比分析,评价平板运动试验与冠状动脉造影对中青年女性诊断冠心病的价值。方法:选取2002年6月～2009年12月在我院心内科拟诊冠心病的中青年女性216例为分析对象,在住院第1和第10天均进行平板运动试验与冠状动脉造影检查,将两种检查结果对比分析。结果:平板运动试验诊断中青年女性冠心病的敏感性为69.9%,特异性为54%,假阳性率为49.5%,假阴性率为8.8%;冠状动脉造影诊断中青年女性冠心病的敏感性为95.8%,特异性为93.3%,假阳性率为3.2%,假阴性率为2.3%。结论:平板运动试验对中青年女性诊断冠心病的敏感性和特异性均低于冠状动脉造影,但假阴性率较低,可为选择适合冠状动脉造影的患者提供筛选,提高冠状动脉造影对中青年女性诊断冠心病的阳性率,减少患者不必要的经济负担和诊疗风险。更多还原
