【摘要】 目的:对根管治疗期间急症发生的相关因素及相关对策进行分析探讨。方法:对根管治疗病例进行临床观察,分析根管急症发生的原因,从而进行策略研究。结果:根管治疗期间急症发生率为12.1%,其中在年龄、牙位、牙髓情况和根尖情况的影响下,根管治疗急症发生率较高。结论:根管治疗期间急症发生与年龄、牙位、牙髓情况和根尖情况等因素有密切关系,严格遵守操作原则,提高操作水平是减少和预防急症的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:During the emergency of root canal therapy of related factors analysis and related countermeasures.Methods:Cases of root canal therapy for clinical observation and analysis of causes acute root canal,and thus for the strategy research.Results:Emergency occurs during root canal therapy was 12.1%.Under the influence of age,teeth position,dental pulp conditions and root tip circumstances the emergencies occurrences ratio is much higher in apical root canal therapy,Conclusion:The occurrence of emergency in root canal therapy is closely related with age,teeth position,dental pulp conditions,periapical condition and etc.Being strict compliances with the operating principles,as well as improving the operating levels are the key to reduce and prevent the emergency.更多还原
