【摘要】 目的:研究新的处理化疗药物外渗方法。方法:将60只小鼠制成化疗药外渗动物模型后分为药物组、对照组,药物组采用虎力散外敷治疗,对照组采用传统局部封闭疗法。结果:药物组的有效率明显高于对照组,统计学有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:应用虎力散外敷治疗小鼠化疗药外渗明显优于传统局部封闭疗法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effects of extravasation of chemotherapeutic drugs and to find the best curative methods.Methods: To establish the animal models of extrava- sation,60 rats animal were divided into drugs group and control group.Drugs group were curatived with Hu li san drugs,control group used tranditional local block therapy.Results: The effective rate of drugs group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0,05).Conclusions:The curative effect of Hu Li san drugs is better than the tranditional local block therapy.更多还原
