【摘要】 目的:探讨乳腺癌证候分型与彩色多普勒血流信号各指标之间的相关性,从而为乳腺癌中医证候的规范化研究提供彩色多普勒超声检测方面一些微观的、客观的评价依据。方法:临床随机收集122例乳腺癌患者病例资料,观察指标包括中医证候分型、彩色多普勒超声显示的血流密度、血流形态、血流阻力(RI)、峰值血流速度(PS)。结果:肝郁痰凝证的血流密度、血流形态、血流阻力(RI)、血流峰值速度(PS)的结果分别与冲任失调证、正虚毒炽证的相应指标进行比较,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:肝郁痰凝证的血流密度以Ⅰ～Ⅱ级为主,血流形态以周围型为主,血流阻力(RI)平均值0.724±0.095,血流峰值速度(PS)平均值13.322±6.625cm/s,为该中医证候的规范化研究提供彩色多普勒超声方面微观的、客观的评价依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objecrive:Discussion the Correlation of Breast Cancer on Symptom in TCM and the Blood Stream Characters by Colorful Doppler,thus provides the colored Doppler supersonic examination aspect for Symptom in TCM standardized research some microscopic objective appraisal basis.Methods:Observes 122 clinicai example breast cancer patient’s symptom in TCM、the colored Doppler supersonic demonstration blood stream density、the blood stream shape、blood stream resistance (RI)、peak value blood stream speed (PS).Results: The 1st group of Gan Yu Tan Ning each result separately compared with the other cards,P<0.05,the difference has statistics significance.
