【摘要】 目的:探讨两种方法治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压的疗效和有效性。方法:80例2型糖尿病合并高血压患者随机分成常规治疗组(对照组)40例;常规治疗+罗格列酮组(试验组)40例,观察治疗前后两组患者收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(PBG)、空腹血浆胰岛素(FINS)、餐后2 h血浆胰岛素(PINS)、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)、和胰岛素抵抗指数(IR)水平,共观察16周。结果:用药16周后,试验组降血压的总有效41例(91.1%)明显高于对照组28例(62.2%)(x~2=3.41,P<0.05);试验组治疗后SBP、DBP、ISI、HOMA-IR、FINS和 PINS较治疗前有显著性差异(t=2.123,t=2.241,t=2.278,P<0.05;t=2.844,t=2.886,t=2.741,P<0.01);试验组治疗后SBP、DBP、ISI、HOMA-IR、FINS和PINS较对照组有显著性差异(t=2.1813,t=2.251,t=2.234,t=2.298,P<0.05;t=2.791,t=2.813,P<0.01);试验组和对照组的不良反应的发生率分别为18.45%和15.79%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(x~2=2.87,P>0.05)。结论:罗格列酮能提高胰岛素敏感指数,具有降低血压的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the curative effect and effective in type 2 diabetes with hypertension by two ways treatment. Methods:80 patients with type 2 diabetic with hypertension were randomly divided into conven-tional therapy group(Control group)40 cases;Conventional therapy+rosiglitazone group(Eexperimental group) 40 cases;The indicators of systolic blood pressure(SBP)、diastolic blood pressure(DBP)、fasting blood glucose(FBG)、postprandial 2h blood glucose(PBG)、fasting plasma insulin(FINS)、postprandial 2h plasma insulin (PINS)、insulin sensitivity index(ISI)and insulin resistance index (IR)were observed in in type 2 diabetes with hypertension. Results:The total effective in Eexperimental group 41 cases(91.1%)were significantly higher than that control group 28 cases (62.2%),(x~2=3.4 1,P<0.05);The indicators of SBP,DBP,ISI,HOMA-IR,FINS,and PINS were significantly difference after treatment than that before treatment(t -2.123,t=2.241,t=2.278,P<0.05;t=2.844,t=2.886,t=2.741,P<0.01);The indicators of SBP,DBP,ISI,HOMA-IR,FINS,and PINS in Eexperimental group after treatment were significantly difference in control group(r=2.181,P=2.251,t=2.234,t=2.298,P<0.05;t=2.791,t=2.813,P<0.01);The rates of adverse reaction in experimental group and control group were 18.45% and 15.79%,were no significant difference (x~2=2.87,P>0.05).
