【摘要】 目的:探讨氟芬那酸丁酯软膏联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效和不良反应。方法:治疗组采用5%氟芬那酸丁酯软膏外用联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗;对照组采用维生素B₁100mg及维生素B₁₂0.5mg肌内注射,并口服吲哚美辛（消炎痛）,疗程均为1个月。比较两组疗效。结果:疗程结束后治疗组疼痛评分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论:氟芬那酸丁酯软膏联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效及安全性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the efficacy and safety of a combination therapy with Butyl Flufenamate Ointment and abcompound glycyrrhizin tablet in the treatment of postherpetic nenralgia.Methods:The patients of the treatment group received oral compound glycyrrhizin tablet（50mg,three times a day）,plus Butyl Flufenamate Ointment（twice a day）,the patients of the control group took intramuscalar injection of VSB₁（100mg） and VitB₁₂（0.5mg）,once a day;plus oral indomethacin（25mg,three times a day）.The treatment period was one month.Results:The pain score was significantly reduced in the treatment group compared with control group（P<0.05）. Conclnsion:The combination of Butyl Flufenamate Ointment and compound glycyrrhizin tablet has an obvious therapeutic effectiveness and is safety in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.更多还原
