【摘要】 南宋进士试赋制度较北宋更为长期稳固,与此相关的律赋集的编选在南宋也极为兴盛,然今天大多佚没无闻。《后典丽赋》是南宋律赋选集中较有代表性的一部,乃婺学唐氏学派代表唐仲友所编选。该书选文详今而略古,体现出鲜明的趋时特征。此外,该书刊刻所涉及的贪墨行为,凸现了律赋集编选的牟利动机,因而在选文质量上难与北宋律赋集相比。在这样的律赋范本的指导下,宜乎南宋律赋日渐走向没落。更多还原

【Abstract】 The system of imperial examinations in Southern Song Dynasty was more steady than that of Northern Song Dynasty,thus the compling of Lvfu collections were prosperous.However,the books were mostly lost today.HOU Dian Li Fu is the representative Lvfu florilegium,complied by TANG Zhong-you of Wu School.the text of HOU Dian Li Fu thinks much of contemporaries’ works and make light of ancients’ works.Moreover,the publishing of HOU Dian Li Fu involved some corruption,which shows the obvious motivation of seeking profit.The quality of works in HOU Dian Li Fu are clearly lower than the Lvfu florilegium in Norther Song Dynasty.Thus,the reasons why Lvfu came down in Southern Song Dynasty partly should blame the Lvfu florilegium such as HOU Dian Li Fu.更多还原
