基于遗传算法的航空发动机模糊优化控制
Optimization of Aeroengine Fuzzy Control Based on Genetic Algorithm
【摘要】 为适应航空发动机非线性的控制要求,采用基于多个修正因子的模糊控制方法对航空发动机的控制器进行设计,利用改进的遗传算法对模糊控制器的多个修正因子进行参数优化,并对航空发动机数学模型进行仿真试验。从仿真的结果看,改进遗传算法的收敛性比较强,收敛速度快;仿真优化后的修正因子取值在满足一定范围时,控制系统能达到比较好的控制效果。基于遗传算法参数优化的模糊控制器表现出比较好的控制性能。
【Abstract】 A fuzzy control method based on correction factors was applied to the design of the controller of aeroengine to achieve nonlinear control of aeroengine.Parameter optimization of correction factors was done in fuzzy controller using improved genetic algorithm and simulation on mathematic model of certain functional state of aeroengine was accomplished.The result of simulation indicates that the improved genetic algorithm has a property of strong and quick convergence.The values of correction factors with parameter optimization are in certain spans,and good control performance is obtained in the control system.The controller design method is effective.
