分段式永磁直线同步电动机的磁阻力
Detent force of segmental-primary permanent magnet linear synchronous motor
【摘要】 针对驱动垂直提升系统的分段式直线同步电动机磁阻力大的问题,利用磁场能量解析分析由于齿槽存在和铁心开断引起的分段式永磁直线同步电动机的磁阻力,建立分段式永磁直线同步电动机的有限元分析模型,分析电机内磁场分布,数值法分别计算电机的齿槽引起磁阻力和由于铁心分段引起的边端磁阻力,解析分析结果与有限元分析结果相一致,在定子绕组不通电的情况下,利用压力传感器实验测试了分段式PMLSM的磁阻力,与有限元计算结果相对比证实了理论分析的正确性。
【Abstract】 For the problem of large detent force in segmental-primary permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(PMLSM) driving vertical lifting system,the detent forces caused by slotted armature and segmented iron core were analyzed analytically using the magnetic-field energy,the finite element method(FEM) simulation model for the PMLSM was established,the magnetic-field distribution in the motor was analyzed,and the detent force caused by the slotted armature and edge magnetic detent force caused by segmented iron core were computed respectively by numerical method.The analytical results were consistent with finite element analysis results.When stator winding is not powered on,the pressure sensor is used to test the detent force of segmental-primary PMLSM.Comparison of measured detent force with the calculated value by FEM verified the correctness of theoretical analysis.
