电解平面磨削聚晶金刚石复合片硬质合金面加工精度的研究
Research on Machining Accuracy of Carbide Surface of PCD Blanks in Electrolytic Plane Grinding Process
【摘要】 针对影响电解平面磨削聚晶金刚石复合片硬质合金面加工精度的主要因素——电解液成分和浓度、磨轮参数、加工电压、面积效应等进行研究和分析,并通过实验取得合适的电解液配方、较佳的磨轮参数和加工电压选择范围,总结出减小面积效应对加工精度影响的工艺方法。该研究成果已应用于生产实际,不仅发挥了电解平面磨削硬质合金的高效率,而且稳定地控制了加工精度,取得令人满意的加工效果。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the main influencing factors of the carbide surface machining accuracy of PCD blanks in electrolytic plane grinding process were studied and analyzed,such as composition and concentration of the electrolyte,the grinding wheel parameters,machining voltage,"area effects",and so on.At the same time,the suitable electrolyte formula,better wheel parameters and machining voltage were obtained,and the method to reduce impact of "size effect" on machining accuracy was summarized.These achievements have been successfully applied to actual production,which not only made the high efficient carbide electrolytic plane grinding,but also control the machining accuracy stably and made satisfactory machining effects.
