双屏蔽复合转子电动机性能分析
The Performance Analysis of the Double-cans Composite-rotor Motor
【摘要】 本文首先建立了双屏蔽复合转子电动机二维瞬态场的物理和数学模型,模型考虑了定、转子屏蔽套间循环水引起的水磨损耗等效转矩特性。计算了双屏蔽复合转子电动机瞬态特性,得到了定、转子屏蔽套的涡流损耗以及复合转子部分涡流损耗。定量分析了屏蔽套尺寸及材料特性不同对电机电磁性能的影响,为工程设计提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 This paper firstly presents physical model and mathematic model of a double-cans composite-rotor motor about 2D transient field,in which the equivalent torque for friction loss caused by recycled water between the stator cans and rotor cans is considered.The transient performance of a double-cans composite-rotor motor is calculated,and eddy current loss of the stator cans,rotor cans and the composite-rotor are acquired,also with the influence of the can’s thickness and material’s magnetic inductivity on the electromagnetic performance of the motor are quantitatively analyzed,which can provid theory gist for engineering design.
