【摘要】 随着世界经济的不断发展,能源的作用越来越突出。中国作为世界第二能源消费大国,对能源的需求日益增长,对国外能源的依赖越来越明显,在这样一个大的国际背景下,能源效率的高低对中国未来的发展就有着决定性的作用。通过分析美国、日本和印度的能源效率的历史和现状,总结其在提高能源效率方面的经验以及所采取的各项政策,结合中国的国情,为我国在提高能源效率方面提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of the world economy,energy is becoming more and more important.China as the world second largest consumption of energy,the demand of energy is growing,but the per capita of main energy recoverable reserves are far below the world average.The dependence of imported energy is becoming obviously,which makes the economy of China easier to be restricted by the other country.In this background,whether the level of energy efficiency is high or not will have a decisive role in the future of China.This paper selects American,Japan and India to analyze the development of their energy efficiency and sum up their experiences on the improvement of energy efficiency as well as the policy,at last with China’s national conditions the paper provide some reference for China to improve its energy efficiency.更多还原
