【摘要】 车门作为车身的主要保安项,不仅起到工作方便、安全、防雨、防尘、降噪等作用,对外观的装饰作用也是十分重要。车身车门的工艺加工水平决定上述项目实现的品质高低。冲压件精度品质、包边装焊工艺的合理设计与布置是决定车门强度和可靠性、安全性的根本保证,通过新老产品工艺比较、工艺过程发展及常见问题分析,对车门包边制造问题改进,使车门包边品质得到改进和提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the CAB’s main security items,the door not only act on the work of convenient,safe,rainproofness,dust-proof for passengers,but also is very important project for decorative appearance.The level of processing technology of the door effect the level of quality of afore-mentioned projects.And automotive industry personnel know:that precision stamping and reasonable designing and arranging of fabrication process for wrapping determine the strength,reliability and safety of the door.This paper describe that the door binding tape problem improvement make the quality of the door binding tape promotion by comparing the old and new technology and analysising problems of technical process.更多还原
