网络化汽车车身点焊控制器的设计
Design of new spot welding network controller for aotomobile bodies
【摘要】 介绍了一种网络化功能的汽车车身点焊控制器,采用双单片机结构,使控制与通信功能均具有较强的实时性。设计以C8051F020单片机和CS8900A以太网控制器为核心通信模块,使点焊控制器具有以太网通信功能,并在建立的TCP网络状态变迁图基础上,编写了通信控制程序,该通信程序不但传输数据快,而且能很好地解决应用环境中的各种故障问题,实现了控制器与上位机之间数据的实时传输。该控制器通信速度快,控制精度高,工作稳定,可应用于汽车车身点焊车间的网络化管理。
【Abstract】 A resistance spot welding network controller for automobile bodies is introduced in this paper.Double MCU structure has been used to assure the real-time mornitoring and controlling.Real-time communication technology between the controller and MCU can be realized by a communication mode which use C8051F020 MCU and CS8900A ethernet controller embeded.The graph of TCP network state transition has been established and communication control program has been compiled which can not only transfer data faster,but also good for solving various fault problems during welding process.The controller has the characteristic of high communicating speed,high controlling precision and working reliable which can be applied to network management of welding workshop.
