【摘要】 采用自主研制的新型传感器来采集焊接过程中的电弧电压和焊接电流,以阿尔泰公司的PCI2006数据采集卡和计算机为主要硬件,以LabVIEW为软件平台,构建了电流、电压信号实时采集与分析系统。该系统具有实时显示采集波形、随时存储数据、数据处理以及生成文本报告等功能。通过短路过渡CO2焊等实际应用,证明该系统较好地实现了预期的功能。

【Abstract】 Designed a new sensor used for acquiring real-time electronic parameter in welding.A data acquisition and analysis system of current and voltage,which is created based on the hardware—PCI2006 DAQ card produced by ART and PC as well as LabVIEW platform.The system possesses functions such as displaying real-time waves,accessing data at any moment,data processing as well as creating text reports.The experiments such as CO2 GMAW welding droplet short-circuiting transfer welding shows that the designed system perfectly achieve the anticipated task.
