CAN总线在多电机焊接系统中的应用
Application of CAN bus of control multi-motors in welding system
【摘要】 全数字控制系统是21世纪自动化控制系统的主流。针对CAN总线技术在数据传输中采用短帧结构和过滤机制,具有突出的可靠性、实时性和灵活性等优点,并能方便地构成分布式系统,以较低成本实现工程的实际要求。针对电焊机焊接时的电磁强干扰影响,设计了用于监控多电机焊接系统的CAN总线数据通信控制系统。实验结果表明,该控制系统运行稳定可靠,能方便地对多台电机进行监控并达到良好的控制性能,提高了焊接质量和控制精度。
【Abstract】 Fully digital control system based on field bus is the mainstream of automatic-control system in the 21st century.As a kind of rising field bus technology,Controller Area Network(CAN) delivers data by use shorter frame and filter mechanism.CAN has the specialty of high dependability,high real time and flexile performance.The distributed networks based on CAN bus can be conveniently construct and meet demand of practical engineering in lower cost.According to the strong electro magnetic interference of running in welding system.This paper mainly elaborated the system overall construction design,has completed multi-motors velocity modulation controller and the CAN bus controller data communication,as well as the CAN bus and the PC correspondence,the experimental proof system movement is good.
