12Cr1MoV钢药芯焊丝工艺试验研究及其在锅炉集箱上的应用
Experimental study on welding procedure about flux-cored wire for 12Cr1MoV steel alloy and application in boiler header
【摘要】 试验研究了12Cr1MoV钢药芯焊丝E551T1-B2V1、E551T1-B2V2、E550T5-B2V和E551T1-B2V3的焊接工艺性和熔敷金属力学性能,并根据实验结果进行了12Cr1MoV钢焊接接头力学性能试验。试验结果表明:焊丝E551T1-B2V1和E550T5-B2V焊接工艺性满足实际产品的焊接要求,熔敷金属化学成分和力学性能满足标准要求,采用焊丝E551T1-B2V1和E550T5-B2V焊接的12Cr1MoVR钢板接头各项性能满足标准规定,可以应用于12Cr1MoV钢锅炉集箱产品的焊接,实现集箱附件焊接的半自动化;焊丝E551T1-B2V1工艺性能优于E550T5-B2V,但焊丝E551T1-B2V1熔敷金属冲击韧性较焊丝E550T5-B2V差,这主要是由于两种焊丝药芯渣系不同而引起的;在热处理保温温度不变的情况下,延长热处理保温时间对酸性渣系药芯焊丝熔敷金属冲击影响不明显。
【Abstract】 The welding usability and mechanical properties of deposited metal about flux-cored wire E551T1-B2V1,E551T1-B2V2, E550T5-B2V and E551T1-B2V3 for 12Cr1MoV steel alloy was studied by experiment in this paper.The mechanical properties of 12Cr1MoV steel alloy butt joint were researched by tests according to the results of experiment of flux-cored wire.The results of experiment showed that usability of the flux-cored wire E551T1 -B2V1 and E550T5 -B2V can meet the requirement of products welding,and the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the deposited metal can meet the requirement of standard.The properties of the butt joint of 12Cr1MoV steel alloy that the butt joint was welded by the E551T1-B2V1 and E550T5-B2V meet the requirement of standard.The wire E551T1-B2V1 and E550T5-B2V can used to weld in boiler header of 12Cr1MoV steel alloy, welding process of semi-auto will be applied in boiler header.The usability of the wire E551T1-B2V1 is better than the wire E550T5- B2V,but the impact toughness of the wire E550T5-B2V is better than the E551T1-B2V1.The reason is different of the flux slag of the wire E551T1-B2V1 and E550T5-B2V.The impact toughness of deposited metal of acid slag system flux-cored wire has no evident effect when the heat of PWHT is unchanged and the preservation time of PWHT is increase.
