【Abstract】 With the emergence of "human flesh search",the vulnerability of internet privacy becomes more and more obvious.The most prominent one is the hysteresis of the relevant legislation in our country.From the perspective of the human-flesh search,the present paper re-evaluates the current status of China’s online privacy legislation and concludes that more efficient and effective countermeasures lie in the improvement of the relevant online privacy protection legal system.更多还原
