一种电动车辆用牵引型水性电解液超级电容器模型
A Model of Tractive Super-Capacitors With Aqueous Electrolyte for Electric Vehicles
【摘要】 针对电动车辆使用的牵引型活性炭电极水性电解液超级电容器,根据其实际工作电压范围内的脉冲充放电特性建立了四阶RC网络等效电路模型,考虑到充放电过程不精确可逆,将充电与放电过程分开来建模,并给出了一种新的模型参数辨识方法。对模型仿真的结果与实际电容器的充放电特性曲线进行了比较,结果表明,所建立的等效电路模型对于超级电容器脉冲充放电特性的拟合精度是令人满意的,符合实车应用。
【Abstract】 For a tractive super-capacitor which is composed of activated carbon electrode and aqueous electrolyte in electric vehicles application,a T-type equivalent circuit model is proposed based on the super-capacitor’s pulse charging and discharging characteristics.The model consists of four RC branches.Considering the process of charging and discharging are not reversible completely,the charging model and discharging model are established separately.Moreover a new parameter identification method is presented.Comparison between simulation and experimental results show that the fitting accuracy of equivalent circuit model is satisfied with pulse charging and discharging characteristics in electric vehicles application.
