高压脉冲造成储能电容器老化的直流局部放电测试技术
Partial Discharge Under DC Condition With Pulse Discharge Degradation of High Voltage Storage Capacitors
【摘要】 高压储能电容器是脉冲功率系统的关键器件之一,应具有高的可靠性,但个别电容器在工作期间会发生过早击穿,给系统带来极大的隐患。如能准确评估其绝缘状态,对整个系统的工作稳定性有很大的提高。本文提出直流局部放电是检测试样绝缘老化的适宜方法,并研究了老化后的电容器绝缘在直流局部放电试验中的测试电压、测试方向和测试时间;按照上述标准划分了过渡区、平稳区,按照一定测量方向和顺序,得到了有效的直流局部放电数据;最后对击穿后的试样解剖并分析,认为直流局部放电参量变化可有效反映其绝缘状态。
【Abstract】 High voltage storage capacitors, which are key components in pulsed power system, are expected of high reliability. However, some of capacitors broke down in the early aging under service condition unexpectedly. If the insulation degradation of capacitors is well diagnosed, great advantages are taken in the reliability of the pulse power system. In this paper, it is realized that partial discharge (PD) detection under direct current (DC) voltage is the proper method to analyzing insulation degradation in capacitors after the service condition. To obtain effective data, the PD under DC voltage should be measured under certain detection voltage, direction, order and time. After capacitors breaking down, samples are dissected. It is found that the characteristic of partial discharge parameter can reflect the condition of dielectric insulation in storage capacitors.
