基于分区协调优化的环境经济调度策略

【摘要】 传统发电调度一般以发电成本最小为目标,环境经济调度则不仅要考虑经济运行目标,还需要兼顾环境保护。本文从协调优化的角度探讨了互联电网的环境经济调度策略,将电力市场购电成本最小和发电机组污染气体排放最小同时作为目标函数,提出了各分区分别设置多目标权重的方案;并根据电网分解与协调原理,进行分布式并行计算。算例表明,本文提出的调度策略能够以尽可能小的经济代价,达到污染排放总量控制更优的效果。在不添加环保投入、并保证发电量需求的条件下,通过分区调度策略,实现了环境与经济的双目标均衡优化。

【Abstract】 Traditional generation dispatch takes minimum of generation cost as the aim,whereas environmental economic dispatch(EED) would not only consider economic operation,but also consider environmental protection.From the point view of sub-area coordinated optimization,this paper discusses EED in interconnection areas.Purchase costs and pollution emissions are simultaneously adopted as objective functions.Setting weight of multi objectives in each sub-area is proposed.According to the principle of power grid decomposition and harmonization,each sub-area is optimized parallely.The strategy proposed would control the sum emission with as small as possible economic losses.
