【摘要】 目的分析评价新疆执行全国结核病防治十年规划(2001～2010年)中期目标达标情况。方法按照《全国结核病防治十年规划(2001～2010年)》中期评估实施方案,在各地区、县完成自查评估的基础之上,由自治区抽查复核,收集分析评价资料,汇总分析相关资料。结果 2001～2005年共接诊可疑肺结核症状者324 519人次,免费胸部透视290 317例,免费初诊查痰193 084人次,免费拍摄胸片144 395例,累计发现活动性肺结核病人99 568例,其中涂阳肺结核病人63 376例(新发涂阳病人49 559例,复治涂阳13 750例),新发涂阴36 192例,98%以上的传染性肺结核病人落实了免费治疗和管理。规划实施5年来涂阳肺结核病人发现率达到70%以上,治愈率达到90%以上,肺结核病死亡率明显下降。结论新疆按期达到全国结核病防治十年规划的中期任务指标,国家结核病防治十年规划的实施,有利地促进新疆结核病控制工作进程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the situation of reaching standard at the mid-term of Ten-year Planning of Tuberculosis(TB) Control in Xinjiang(from 2001 to 2010).Methods According to the implementation scheme of National Ten-year Planning of TB Control(from 2001 to 2010),the data were sampled for recheck and collected for analysis and evaluation by the autonomous regional institution after finishing self-check and evaluation by the institution of counties and prefectures.Results From 2001 to 2005,there were totally 324 519 suspected TB cases received clinical consultation,290 317 cases carried out free chest fluoroscopy,193 084 man-times of initial microscopic sputum examination,144 395 cases performed free chest films.Out of the accumulatively discovered 99 568 cases with active pulmonary TB,there were 63 376 cases with smear-positive pulmonary TB(49 559 cases with newly detected smear-positive pulmonary TB,13 750 cases of the smear-positive retreated),36 192 cases with newly detected smear-negative pulmonary TB.Over 98% patients were received free treatment and management.Since the implementation for five years,the discovery rate of patients with smear-positive pulmonary TB had been over 70% and the curative rate over 90%.The mortality rate of pulmonary TB decreased obviously.Conclusions The implementation of the World Bank Loan/DFID granted TB Control Project in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region has reached the mid-term goals of the TB control project and the stage goals of National Ten-year Planning of TB Control.更多还原
