【摘要】 目的了解克拉玛依市外来男性建筑工人艾滋病(AIDS)相关知识情况及个人防范意识,掌握人群对健康教育的需求,为在外来建筑工人中开展AIDS健康教育打下基础。方法采用标准访谈方式,对每一调查点的所有外来男性建筑工人进行AIDS防治知识调查。结果克拉玛依市外来男性建筑工人多来自农村(90.11%),文化程度以初中文化为主(56.04%),艾滋病知识知晓率不高,在41.36%～87.10%之间,特别是对非传播途径缺乏了解。结论外来男性建筑工人是一个十分特殊的人群,应积极采取有针对性的宣传教育和行为干预活动。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To comprehend AIDS knowledge and individual precaution consciousness among foreign male builders,so as to know their requirements of health education and provide basis for developing AIDS health education in foreign builders in Karamay.Methods Standard interview methods were taken to investigate AIDS knowledge in all target members.Results Most of the builders(90.11%)came from rural areas with poorer education(56.04% under junior high school),the level of knowledge about AIDS was generally low(41.36% to 87.10%),particularly about the knowledge of non-transmission route of AIDS.Conclusions The foreign male builders are special population should be treated as an important target population for current AIDS prevention and control.更多还原
