肾上腺素脑室冲洗对脑室出血时脑脊液循环的影响

【摘要】 目的通过运用肾上腺素进行脑室冲洗,以探讨其对脑室出血时脑脊液循环的影响。方法测定74例脑室出血运用保守、侧脑室引流、肾上腺素脑室冲洗方法后的血压、心率指标和引流脑脊液量。结果保守治疗组高颅内压引起血压升高、心率下降,侧脑室引流后血压下降、心率升高;侧脑室肾上腺素冲洗后出现脑脊液引流量下降。结论侧脑室引流可以控制颅内压,逆转其心血管的反应;肾上腺盐水脑室冲洗可减少出血和脑脊液的分泌。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of intraventricular administration of adrenaline on cerebrospinal fluid with spontaneous intraventricular hemorrhage(SIVH).Methods The clinical data of 74 patients with SIVH,60 were treated by extracranial-to-intracranial bypass and 14 conservatively;30 were treated by adrenaline in intraventricular,were analyzed changes in blood pressure(BP),heart rate and cerebrospinal fluid.Results The changes of lower blood pressure and faster heart rate were treated by continuous ventricular drainage with spontaneous intraventricular hemorrhage.The volumes of cerebrospinal fluid were reduced after intraventricular administration of adrenaline.Conclusion Adrenaline can reduced the cerebrospinal fluid to secrete,can reduced probability of hemorrhage after intraventricular administration.Intracranial hypertension may be controlled by continuous ventricular drainage and conversed its cardiovascular reaction.更多还原
