家庭病床在老年高血压病防治中的成本-效益研究

【摘要】 目的比较老年高血压病人在家庭病床服务与医院住院治疗费用的差异及分析其影响因素。方法收集2008年2月至2010年1月家庭病床组152名与医院住院组260名老年高血压病人治疗费用,分析其发生费用构成。结果家庭病床组治疗老年高血压的费用远远低于医院住院治疗组。结论家庭病床治疗老年高血压在成本-效益上优于医院住院。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the defference of medical cost about agedness hypertension patients between sickbed service in home and treatment in hospital, and analyze the related influent factors. Methods Expense component of 152 patients who treat at home and 260 patients in hospital from February 2008 to January 2010 is collected and studied. Results The cost that treats agedness hypertension at home is far below than those in hospital while the benefit is better. Conclusion Sickbed service in home for treatment of agedness hypertension patients is better than that in hospital at the lever of cost-effect.更多还原
