小儿先天性心脏病术后早期置胃管对胃肠道并发症发生的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨小儿先天性心脏病术后早期置胃管对胃肠道并发症发生的影响。方法将2008年2月～2010年2月收治的89例先天性心脏病小儿随机分为两组,观察组46例,术后及时放置胃管,对照组43例,不留置胃管,分析比较两组的胃肠道并发症发生情况。结果观察组的总有效率略高于对照组,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的腹胀、恶心、呕吐及溃疡发生率均明显低于对照组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论小儿先天性心脏病术后早期置胃管能够减少胃肠道并发症的发生,有利于患儿的康复,值得临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the inffuence of early placed gastric tube after the operation on gastrointestinal complication in children with congenital heart disease. Methods From February 2008 to February 2010 in our hospital,89 cases after the operation in children with congenital heart disease were randomly divided into two groups, 46 cases of the observation group were early placed gastric tube and 43 cases of the control group without gastric tube, the gastrointestinal complication of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective of observation group was slightly higher than the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); in the observation group, bloating, nausea, vomiting and ulcer were signif icantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusion Early placed gastric tube after the operation in children with congenital heart disease can reduce gastrointestinal complication and conducive to the rehabilitation of children, it is worth spreading.更多还原
