液态栓塞剂Onyx治疗脑动静脉畸形

【摘要】 目的探讨并总结液态栓塞剂Onyx治疗脑动静脉畸形(AVM)的应用和经验。方法 2006年1月～2008年1月应用液态栓塞剂Onyx成功治疗脑AVM42例,畸形团的直径小于3cm13例,3～6cm21例,大于6cm8例。结果 6例完全消失,13例达90%以上,20例达80%～90%,3例80%以下。并发症:2例有术后头痛,1例有血管团对侧远端肢体麻木,1例微导管遗留体内。结论 Onyx治疗脑动静脉畸形有很好的疗效,并发症少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to explore and sum up the application and experience of liquid embolic agent Onyx treatment of cerebral arteriovenous malformation(AVM).Methods From January 2006 to January 2008,Onyx was used to treat 42 patients with AVM successfully,the size of CAVMs was about 3 cm in 13 cases,3-6cm in 21 cases,and larger than 6 cm in 8 cases.Results six cases were comp-letely disappeared,13 cases>90,20 cases:80%-90%,3 cases<80%.Complic-ations:two cases had a headache,one case had a vessel Mission contralateral distal numbness,one case had microcatheter left.Conclusion the treatment of CAM-s with Onyx have a good effect,fewer complications.更多还原
