眩晕的中医辨证治疗临床效果观察

【摘要】 目的探讨中医辨证治疗眩晕的临床效果。方法 70例眩晕患者被随机分为实验组(n=36)和对照组(n=34),对照组给予单纯西药治疗,实验组在对照组基础上给予中医辨证治疗。结果实验组总有效率为91.7%,显效率为55.6%,临床效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在西药治疗的基础上,采取中医辨证治疗,能显著提高临床效果、改善患者生活质量,因此值得在临床上应用和推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for patients with vertigo. Methods 70 cases of patients with vertigo were randomly divided into experimental group (n=36) and control group (n =34).Control groups were given therapy of single Western medicine. and experimental group were given dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on base of control group. Results The total effective rate in experimental group was 91.7%. and the excellent rate was 55.6%. the clinical effect was significantly better than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine used for patients with vertigo on bases of Western medicine, can enhance clinical effect and improve the life quality of patients significantly, so it deserved application and promotion in clinical work.更多还原
