111例酒泉地区甲真菌病危险因素的病例对照研究

【摘要】 目的探讨酒泉地区甲真菌病发病可能的危险因素。方法对111例甲真菌病患者进行1:1配比的病例对照研究,采用单因素和多因素的条件回归分析。结果甲真菌病发病与下列2个因素密切相关:足癣(OR=58.341),使用公共浴池、游泳池(OR=6.939)。结论足癣,使用公共浴池、游泳池是甲真菌病发病的危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the potential risk factors for onychomycosis.Methods One hundred and eleven cases with onychomycosis were conducted by a 1:1 matched case-control study.Data were analyzed by a single-factor and multifactor conditional logistic regress analysis. Results Multifactor conditional logistic regression model indicated that the episode of onychomycosis were significantly correlated with tinea pedis(OR=58.314),the public baths or the swimming pool(OR=6.939).Conclusion Tinea pedis,the public baths or the swimming pool were risk factors for onychomycosis.更多还原
