乙肝表面抗原弱阳性及少见模式的临床标本在2种检测法下的对比分析

【摘要】 目的探讨Els法检测乙肝五项结果中的HBsAg弱阳性结果和少见模式结果的真实性。方法从31200例乙肝五项Els法检测结果中筛出HBsAg弱阳性110例,少见模式结果 132例,对筛出的242例标本再进行电化学发光定量检测。结果 110例HBsAg弱阳性结果用电化学发光检测,结果一致为90例,符合率为81.8%。少见模式132例与电化学发光检测的符合率为10.6%,其中全部为HBsAg和HBsAb阳性。结论 Els法检测乙肝五项对HBsAg弱阳性结果报告要慎重。Els法灵敏度小于电化学发光检测,假阳性率大于电化学发光检测。HBsAg弱阳性结果中以HBsAg、HBeAb、HBcAb阳性和HBsAg、HBcAb阳性标本占大多数。少见模式结果主要是HBsAg和HBsAb同时阳性的结果 ,且出现几率非常小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the detection of hepatitis B Els f ive weak positive HBsAg results in the results and the results of the authenticity of rare models.Methods From the 31200 cases of hepatitis B test results of f ive Els method to sieve out the HBsAg weakly positive in 110 cases,132 cases of rare model results,on the screen out of the 242 specimens to conduct quantitative detection of electrochemiluminescence.Result 110 cases of HBsAg weakly positive result electrochemical luminescence detection,the same as the 90 cases,compliance was 81.8%.132 cases with unusual patterns consistent with electrochemiluminescence detection rate was 10.6%,of which all the HBsAg and HBsAb positive.Conclusion Els detection of hepatitis B 5 pairs of weak positive HBsAg results report must be cautious.Els method has less than ECL detection,the false positive rate than light-emitting electrochemical detection.HBsAg weakly positive results in HBsAg,HBeAb,HBcAb positive and HBsAg,HBcAb positive samples in the majority.Rare model results are mainly positive for HBsAg and HBsAb the same time the results,and there is very little chance.更多还原
